SHIPPING POLICY, RATES,and TRANSIT TIME

We offer very comprehensive shipping policy and favorable shipping rates.

For orders within Iligan, we offer free delivery.

For both Domestic and International orders, we charge the exact amount to be paid to the delivery/courier service provider of your choice in order to ship the ordered merchandise to you. There's no handling fee or other hidden costs.

I. ORDERS

  • Your order is processed Mondays to Fridays, and even holidays, during business hours (from 8 am to 6 pm).
  • Orders received after 6 pm will be processed the following day.

II.    ORDER CANCELLATION

  • To cancel an order, please email [email protected] as quickly as possible.
  • If the order has already been shipped (i.e. we have already send it to the courier service provider of your choice), it will be considered as sold.
        EXCEPTION: If you have paid for a product that is subsequently unavailable (Out of Stock) from our supplier, you have the option to cancel the order; a refund, or wait for replenishment.

III. DELIVERY

  • We aim to deliver your purchase in the quickest and economical way possible.
  • As soon as we have confirmed that your payment has already been sent to us, we will immediately fill your ordered items and send it to the courier service of your choice.
            Delivery Delay. Should there be any delivery delay, you will be notified by email. Please allow a day or more to wait.
            Backorders. We do not accept back orders for items that are out of stock. BUT If any of your ordered items are subsequently out of stock from our supplier, you will be notified by email. You have the option to have a refund, or wait for inventory replenishment instead, or cancel the backorder item(s) or cancel the whole order.
  • As per company procedure, we review each purchase order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items to promptly process the delivery.

FedEx, Air21, LBC, and JRS Express provides real time tracking. If available, your tracking number will be sent to you via email upon your request. Freight Delivery Details

  • After we have sent the package to the courier provider of your choice, it will be delivered by them on the following day in selected areas. You will receive the item according to their standard delivery schedules.
  • The delivery of the product is performed door to door for convenience of the customer. This will make it very easier for customers as they will simply receive the item purchased in their houses.
  • The presence of an adult (18 years or above) is a must to accept delivery, for legal matters.
  • Customers will receive a call before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Items shipped via FedEx, Air 21, LBC, and/or JRS Express are safeguarded to arrive at your door.

IV.  ADDITIONAL INFO

  • We provide free shipping on volume orders. On these bulk orders (i.e. 10 and more items), you will not pay for the freight delivery.
  • We make sure that all of our products are in stock, unless we have subsequently learned from our supplier that it is already out of stock.  We will immediately list it as "out of stock" on the individual product page should this be the case. We do not accept back orders for items that are out of stock -- you must wait until the product is back in stock before placing your order.
  • If some unforeseen occurrence delays your order, you will receive an email from [email protected] letting you know when to expect your product, and we will work to fill your order as quickly as possible.
  • We do offer shipping to Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and overseas on all of our products -- please note that "overseas" means outside of the Philippines. For products shipped outside of the Philippines, there may be additional customs duties owed, depending on your country's import rules. These duties are not included in your shipping costs, and are entirely your responsibility.  
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when each item was shipped, how it was sent, when you should expect it to arrive, and a tracking number (if applicable). You will receive a separate confirmation for each package that is sent.
  • After receiving an email confirmation with a tracking number you may then either contact the shipper directly to track your order, select the appropriate item in your order and use the links we have provided to check the status. If your product has been sent without tracking confirmation, please wait until the estimated date of arrival to contact us. If the product has not arrived at your door within a reasonable amount of time, we will be happy to re-send your product at no additional cost to you. 
  • We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday (to include holidays!). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday. To avoid delay on your order, use the same shipping address and billing address.

V. Unavoidable Constraints to our Shipping Policy

  1. Packing
    • All quoted shipping rates are inclusive of packing materials.
    • All goods are packed in thick, brown box whenever possible. Packing weight added is at most 30g.
    • For larger volume, carton box will be used. Packing weight added ranges from 80g to 150g, depending on the volume of the merchandise.
    • International Courier Service. Packing weight added ranges from 120g to 250g (inclusive of shipping invoices and custom declaration forms).

  2. Transit Time
    • The Transit time provided by our authorized courier partners is in business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and custom delays. This makes it different to our policy which aims to deliver even on holidays.
    • If a time range is indicated on the site of our authorized courier partners, the lower range refers to the estimated time to reach major cities.
