RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Before shipping your ordered items, thorough checking is made
by us. We care about the satisfaction of our customers with their purchase.
But if for any reason you are not contented with your purchase, you may return the item to us within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the item.
A customer may return the product and exchange for the same or another item of the same value. Return and refund is not allowed. A refund is possible if it falls under the categories described below.

REFUND
When is refund available?
If
you have paid for an unavailable product or if we have sent you the wrong
package, a refund is immediately made available. A refund is only possible in
the aforementioned circumstances.
When is refund not available?
An
item already purchased, shows no prominent defect, and you would want to return
it with no apparent reason and not among the categories above will not be
allowed and hence no refund.
A defect in the product that is clearly a result of manufacturer will also not be allowed to be returned. In every product package, the manufacturer provides a warranty to their products and the best course of action you can take is to return it to them by filling-up their warranty forms. Of course, this will be subject to their guidelines.

Amount of refund
Should a refund take place, it will
be issued once we have received the item in our hands. If you have paid online,
it will be issued to the original payment credit card.
The amount of Refund is rest assured that you will receive exactly what you have paid us with no deductions. (No postage cost and/or shipping cost deductions!)
After the item is received, please allow five (5) business days for the refund credit to appear on your credit card/bank account. The time taken for the credit to show on your account is dependent upon your credit institution.

EXCHANGE
After returning the item to us, a
customer is allowed to make exchange. Exchange is only allowed for the same
item or another item with same or comparable value.
Enclosed on every order are:

The Return and Exchange Form is only valid on orders placed through the site. The address where you would send the item to be returned is already provided here. You can put here the item you would like instead. Other similar relevant details can also be found here.

Conditions in returning
- In order to be accepted for returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
- We will process the exchange immediately right after we receive the item provided it was returned in accordance with the said conditions. You will receive an email from us to confirm the receipt and processing of your return.
- Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us safely and undamaged.
Steps in returning
- Fourteen (14) days from the day you have received the item, you may return it for an exchange. Beyond 14 days, you are not anymore allowed to return an item.
- Before you ship the product to be returned, please notify us beforehand.
- Ensure us a note with your name, address, and invoice number/original sales receipt. This will help us to promptly process your return. This can be done by filling-up the Return and Exchange Form.
- Make sure the items being returned are included in the package.
- No shipping charges will be applied to exchange orders.
